Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using SubWise ("the Service"), operated by Subwise SRL, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

SubWise is a subscription tracking tool that helps users monitor their recurring payments and subscriptions. The Service includes AI-powered email scanning, renewal reminders, spending analytics, and subscription management features.

3. Account registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription plans and billing

  • SubWise offers paid plans (Starter, Pro, Family, Business) billed monthly or annually.
  • All plans include a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial.
  • After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
  • Prices may change with 30 days advance notice.

5. Email access and permissions

When you connect your email account, you grant SubWise read-only access to scan for billing and subscription emails. You may revoke this access at any time from your dashboard. SubWise will not send emails from your account or access emails unrelated to billing and subscriptions.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
  • Use automated scripts to excessively access the Service
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service

7. Accuracy of information

SubWise uses AI to detect subscription information from emails. While we strive for accuracy, detected subscription data may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for verifying and correcting subscription details. SubWise is not liable for decisions made based on inaccurate subscription data.

8. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects access. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

9. Limitation of liability

SubWise is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, SubWise is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed subscription renewals, charges, or financial losses.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
